Terms of Use

The curriculum's intended purpose is to be used as a learning tool and may only be reproduced as such for your daycare center or program, home daycare, or home-schooled toddler or preschooler. 

Please be advised that the material is copyrighted. The material is only to be used by you, the original purchaser. The contents may not be shared on lists, blogs, emails, postal mail, websites, through person to person, or by any other means without prior permission. Permission must be obtained by sending an email to info@cubbiescurriculum.com explaining how you wish to share the materials. 

Refunds and Returns
 

Product Returns
Chubbie Cubbie does not offer refunds or returns on any or all of the materials since the materials are created specifically for you (the customer).  However, if there is a problem with your order after it arrives everything will be done to see that you have all the materials needed and that they are correct and undamaged.
 

Return to Sender

If you do not provide a correct address and your order is returned to us you must pay to have it reshipped. If you do not pay the reship fee your order will be cancelled and you will not receive a refund. To avoid any untimely delays and added expenses please be sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.
